Based on customer requirements and industry knowledge, Product Management GSF determines the need for new or enhanced Global Securities Financing services to be offered by Clearstream Banking. Acting as the link between the load function within operations and the implementation function, you support efforts to retain and increase revenues by bringing Clearstream´s product offerings up to the latest customer´s needs and requirements. This means ensuring that customer feedback as well as new opportunities are considered and translated into appropriate actions.

Your responsibilities
Define business requirements directly with Customers and Sales and Relationship Management for new GSF developments
Work closely with the marketing department in developing enhanced visibility for our product, initiate and improve marketing material and product documentation
Support the Sales & Relationship Management teams, Product Design and Operations
Interface with internal Legal department for any modifications to legal framework of our services

Our requirements
5 years professional experience in securities operations, with knowledge of securities financing (securities lending, repo and/or collateral management)
Experience in customer facing activities or customer contacts
Excellent presentation skills, outstanding oral and written communication skills
Accomplished project management skills proven in a multicultural/multinational environment
Good understanding of securities industry, settlement and custody services
Good analytical skills, ability to work independently
Fluent in both written and spoken English; German will be a strong asset
