Corporate Governance Commission Deutsche Börse actively supports the German Corporate Governance Code. In the person of Dr. Manfred Gentz, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG, Deutsche Börse Group is also represented on the government committee. Initiative 'Germany as a Financial Center' (Dialogforum Finanzstandort Deutschland) The objective of the initiative 'Germany as a Financial Center' (Dialogforum Finanzstandort Deutschland) is to implement tangible and close-to-the-market measures to both generate growth and strengthen Germany as a financial center. The joint initiative was launched in early spring 2003 by eleven financial institutes – including Deutsche Börse – together with the German Federal Bank and the Federal Ministry for Finance (BMF). Exchange Experts Commission The Exchange Experts Commission (BSK), which was set up in 1968, advises the German Federal Ministry for Finance on capital market policy issues. BSK consists of representatives of investor protection associations, banks, insurance companies, investment companies, stock exchanges, industry, Deutsche Bundesbank, academia and the Regional Working Group Stock Exchanges.
