Exchange trading is operated by FWB® Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) as an entity under public law. A comprehensive set of Rules and Regulations stipulates the framework for fair and orderly trading.

Trading Fees

Prospectus for admission to FWB

Market participants who wish shares, bonds or certificates to be admitted to trading at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange are required to provide admission prospectuses.
