Trainees/Apprentices – Selection Procedure

A company whose entire business is based on the application of specialized expertise and the use of modern information technologies needs highly skilled people.

In order to be invited to the Applicant Days, or an interview, you are required to already have finished or be in the process of finishing your general qualification for university entrance (such as Abitur, A-levels, Baccalaureate), provide good marks – particularly in mathematics and German – and a sound knowledge of English. Furthermore, we expect flexibility and initiative, self-confidence and the ability to learn in an independent and targeted manner.

Deutsche Börse regularly invites candidates to so-called 'Applicant Days' which usually take place six months prior to the start of the training. The applicants' technical and personal aptitude required for the training is determined during group exercises, written tests and individual interviews. If successful, one week later you will be invited to further individual interviews which will then be decisive whether you will be offered a trainee contract with Deutsche Börse Group.
