By being included straightaway and working independently, you soon “grow up”, and learn to work more quickly and efficiently as well as to set priorities. What was the biggest challenge you had to deal with so far at Deutsche Börse Group? What has been your personal highlight? The biggest challenge was definitely joining the first department where everything was still very new. The transfers to the next three departments, all with quite different work content, were big challenges as well, and of course the exams at the end. My personal highlight was that I met lots of really nice colleagues, some of whom I am still in touch with. What advices would you give school students interested in training at Deutsche Börse Group?
