As an Intern - Internal Communication you will have the excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. The department co-ordinates and manages all internal communication of the Group Deutsche Börse. The team ensures a fast and effective information flow within the company. Target groups are all employees at all headquarters worldwide. Internal Communication initials, conceives, writes, edits and designs the internal media of the company: Intranet, employee magazines (print and online), newsletters, brochures and flyers in German and English language. You will support the department in all occurring tasks (day-to-day business and project work), writing notices for the intranet and articles for the employee magazines. Also, you will learn to handle the Content Management System of Group Deutsche Börse and to publish articles online. You will be actively taking part in our process, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks.

Your responsibilities
Writing notices for the intranet
Writing articles for the internal online- and print magazine, incl. photography
Creating intranet sites and supporting contents
Proofreading and editing
Supporting the team with the organisation of internal events

Our requirements
Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship
Minimum of two successfully completed semesters of undergraduate studies (Vordiplom, BAC+2)
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
A competent handling of MS-Office applications (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Interested in internal communication topics
First experience in corporate communication favoured
Enjoy writing / Interested in content management systems
Organising ability as well as communication and team ability
