Field of study: Master in Finance in fifth semester Three questions for Anastasia Dede Please give a short overall statement on working at Deutsche Börse Group. Working in Deutsche Börse was definitely an outstanding experience which gave me the chance to gain knowledge of the real world market arena. The environment for students here is very good and I never felt there was a difference made between employees and student assistants. In which department do you work and how long will you be working at Deutsche Börse Group? I did my internship in the Derivatives Market Department for six months and now I am working as a student in the Eurex Strategy Department. Please tell us something about yourself. What do you do outside work (hobbies, involvement in the community etc.)? I studied Applied Mathematics in Finance and it was important for me to see how things work in reality – in the market. Therefore, apart from deriving pricing formulas and complicated equations, it was much more important to learn how to deal with this subject in real life. Apart from my interests in finance and my studies I consider myself an active person who seeks to learn new things and to accept challenging tasks. |
