Three questions for Roman Czaja

Why made you decide to do an internship at Deutsche Börse Group?

By being so international and having such diverse business areas, Deutsche Börse Group offers a whole load of opportunities for gaining experience as an intern.

What is the main focus of your work at Deutsche Börse Group?

During my internship I am able to participate in all the phases of software development, i.e. from conception to delivery. Naturally in certain parts or phases of a project you might only be involved in a few activities, but the whole process of software development is very visible.

What was the biggest challenge you had to deal with so far at Deutsche Börse Group? What has been your personal highlight?

A positive challenge has been getting directly involved in the production work of a project and, with the help of colleagues, having to learn to master the tasks you are given. Naturally it is quite special when you manage to bear the responsibility for a bigger task and also bring it to a successful conclusion.
