As Fully qualified lawyer you will deal with legal issues relating to securities and depository law as well as exchange and banking law. The focus of your activities will be on provision of legal assistance to the Securities Deposit Bank and the Clearing House operated by Deutsche Börse Group.

Your responsibilities
Compile and inspect general terms and conditions and regulations
Work together with supervisory authorities (BaFin, Bundesbank)
Provide proficient consultation to departments and bodies
Represent Group Deutsche Börse towards third parties (e.g. customers, working groups at association level)
Supervise projects

Our requirements
A law degree with a distinction
Special interest in civil law, securities and banking law
Sound knowledge of General Terms and Conditions
First relevant professional experience would be ideal
Willingness to attend complex projects independently
Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
