TecDAX

TecDAX® is the selection index of Deutsche Börse for mid-sized companies (mid caps) from technology sectors. It starts directly below the DAX® and has 30 constituents which are admitted to the Prime Standard segment of the Regulated Market.

 

Main inclusion criteria

  • Admission to Prime Standard and fulfillment of the resulting international transparency requirements:
    - quarterly reporting
    - application of international accounting standards (IFRS/IAS or US-GAAP)
    - publication of a financial calendar
    - staging of at least one analyst conference per year
    - ad-hoc disclosure also in English
  • Continuous trading on Xetra®
  • Order book turnover on Xetra and on the floor of FWB® Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (Frankfurt Stock Exchange) of the preceding 12 months
  • Market capitalization at the reporting date (last trading day of the month) based on the free float
  • Ratio: non-free float to free float.
