Second Quotation Board

The First Quotation Board and Second Quotation Board structure the Open Market. All companies whose shares are already listed or included at another international or domestic trading venue and apply for admission to the Open Market are included in the Second Quotation Board.

Basic inclusion criteria:

• The application for inclusion must contain an accurate designation of the security to be included and information as to the domestic or foreign organized market where prices are already fixed for this security.

• The issuer's application for inclusion must be submitted in written form by a company already admitted to trading at FWB® Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (the Frankfurt Stock Exchange).

• Formal obligation of the applicant: the applicant must notify the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in written form about essential circumstances concerning the respective share and/or issuer.

• Publication language: German or English
