DAX® is the blue-chip index of Deutsche Börse. It includes the largest German securities in terms of market capitalization and order book turnover from classic and technology sectors which are admitted to the Prime Standard segment of the Regulated Market.
Main inclusion criteria
Legal registered office or operating headquarters in Germany or a major share of their stock exchange turnover at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB®) and juristic headquarters in the European Union or in an EFTA state
Admission to Prime Standard and fulfillment of all resulting international transparency requirements: - quarterly reporting - application of international accounting standards (IFRS/IAS or US-GAAP) - publication of a financial calendar - staging of at least one analyst conference per year - ad-hoc disclosure also in English

Order book turnover on Xetra and on the floor of FWB® Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (Frankfurt Stock Exchange) of the preceding 12 months
