Classic All Share Index

The Classic All Share® index comprises – similar to the Technology All Share – shares from classic sectors ranked below the DAX®, i.e., from the MDAX® and SDAX®, together with shares from other traditional-sector companies listed in Prime Standard. The index is limited to shares outside the DAX in order to prevent being dominated by the blue-chip shares.

Important inclusion criteria

• Admission to Prime Standard and compliance with the corresponding international transparency requirements:
  - Publication of quarterly reports
  - Financial reporting in accordance with international accounting standards such as IFRS/IAS or US-GAAP
  - Publication of a corporate financial calendar
  - At least one analyst conference per year
  - Ad-hoc disclosure in German and English
• Quotation in continuous trading in Xetra®
• Ratio: non-free float to free float.
