Within the table at the end of the page, you can inspect, download and print the current contractual documents of the Market Data Dissemination Agreement, effective as of 1 April 2008. The conclusion of the Market Data Dissemination Agreement is the basis for obtaining Information Products of Deutsche Börse AG. You can obtain the Information directly from Deutsche Börse AG or indirectly through another information provider.

If you intend to disseminate Information in real time respectively Delayed Information (with at least 15 minutes), please print out two copies of the 'Market Data Dissemination Agreement', and then fill in, sign and return them to Deutsche Börse AG.

Non-Display Information Usage requires a direct contractual relationship with Deutsche Börse AG. Holders of the Market Data Dissemination Agreement meet this requirement and can enter Non-Display Information Usage in the Market Data Dissemination Agreement. For those users who have not concluded a Market Data Dissemination Agreement, the conclusion of a separate contract, the so-called “Agreement on Non-Display Information Usage”, is required.
