Scoach Europa AG is a joint venture of Deutsche Börse AG and the Swiss Stock Exchange SIX Group for structured products. On 1 January 2007, the jointly owned exchange began operations with the corporate name “Scoach”. The exchange allows both partners to concentrate their forces in a market segment with high growth potential and, since 28 April 2008, offers Europe-wide trading of structured products through the conversion to Xetra® technology.

The Scoach marketplace offers trading in certificates, warrants and reverse convertibles. It operates trading facilities in Frankfurt for Germany and other EU countries as well as Zurich for Switzerland. At the trading venue Frankfurt, the quality segment Scoach Premium ensures maximum liquidity, the quickest-possible order execution and high transparency of trading fees in structured products trading. In order to guarantee the high standards, Scoach places high demands on issuers aiming to trade products in the Smart Trading segment.
