Deutsche Börse Systems conducts a customer satisfaction survey after each trading system release to gauge satisfaction levels across several areas with a focus on technical support. We are committed to providing a best-in-class customer experience and through our continued interactions we strive to build a lasting partnership. We use the information gathered in the survey to improve our procedures and enhance customer satisfaction. The Release survey focused on five primary categories: - release enhancements
- communication
- documentation
- support
- the launch itself.
In the survey, customers rated their levels of satisfaction on a scale ranging from “very satisfied” to “not satisfied at all.” The figures below summarize the top two ratings indicating high satisfaction for several items. Customers were particularly satisfied with our communication approach and with our support services. |
