ExServes RSM* Professional gives the customer the option of outsourcing the system administration of essential parts of his trading environment to Deutsche Börse Systems AG.

The offering encompasses proactive system management with continuous remote system monitoring and maintenance as well as an update service for the exchange applications of the trading systems (MISS) and operating system. The monitoring system constantly checks the status of the systems and immediately informs the ExServes Operations Team about any errors with a view to their correction.

implementation of the required operating system updates including service packs and hot fixes
use of advanced agent technology for continuous system monitoring and maintenance of:

         - the applications of the trading system

        - the MISS

        - the network environment including routers

qualified expert staff for immediate error analysis and correction
user administration on the operating system level
replacement service for defective hardware.
