Fund trading via Xetra

Even quicker order execution and better prices for fund trading through Xetra at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

The funds traded at Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (FWB®, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. CET are covered by specialists who ensure market-oriented, fair prices and liquidity. They guarantee that the requested fund is tradable at any time up to a maximum quotation volume. The specialists, currently the two trading firms ICF Kursmakler AG and Baader Bank AG, are committed to high quality standards in order to yield attractive prices. The spread is set within fixed margins. The maximum spread depends on the investment focus of the fund and varies from 0.5 to 2 percent. As these are maximum requirements, spreads are usually significantly lower, in some cases as low as 0 percent.

The specialists ensure that the fund is tradable: they are committed to minimal trading margins and to avoiding uneconomic partial execution. They take into account the current order book situation and the issuers’ redemption value in order to calculate the price indications and continuously calculate the current value of the funds they support.
