Price List Xetra/Xontro and Fee Regulations for the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

The Price List for the Utilization of the Trading System of FWB® Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) includes the fees for the utilization of the trading systems Xetra® and Xontro.

The Fee Regulations under public law include information on fees for:

• admission to participation in exchange trading and for participation in exchange trading
• admission to participation in the electronic trading system
• admission to visit the exchange without the right to participate in trading
• admission and inclusion of securities, other economic assets and rights to exchange trading and the revocation of the admission or inclusion
• admission of securities to exchange trading
• quotation of securities whose term is not fixed
• the sitting of the exchange trader examination and
• the sitting of the trader examination for the electronic trading system.
