Release according to § 26, para. 1 WpHG [German Securities Trading Act]

On 26 June 2009, Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC, Short Hill, USA has informed us according to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005810055, WKN: 581005, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on 25 June 2009 and on that day amount to 3.01% (this corresponds to 5,871,225 voting rights). All voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG were attributed to Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC, pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
