A company whose entire business is based on the application of specialized expertise and the use of modern information technologies needs highly skilled people. In order to be invited to the Applicant Days, or respectively an interview, the candidate is required to already have or be in the process of finishing his/her general qualification for university entrance (such as Abitur, A-levels, Baccalaureate), good marks – particularly in mathematics and German – and a sound knowledge of English. Furthermore, we expect great flexibility and initiative, self-confidence and the ability to learn in an independent and targeted manner. Clerk for office communication Deutsche Börse regularly invites candidates to so-called "Applicant Days" which usually take place two to three months prior to the commencement of training. The technical and personal aptitude of the applicants for training with Deutsche Börse is determined during group exercises, written tests and individual interviews. If successful, this is followed one week later by further individual interviews. Up to three applicants are offered a training contract per year after these interviews. |
