Will I receive a discount if I book several seminars at a time?

Unfortunately, we cannot grant any discounts. All our prices are already very competitive.

Exams

Can we also take exams in our own company?

And what would it cost?

Yes, you can. For five participants or more we can hold an individual exam in your company.

Within Germany we will charge you Euro 800.00 for travel expenses etc. plus Euro 200.00 examination fee per person.

In Europe we will charge you 1,500.00 for travel expenses etc. plus Euro 200.00 examination fee per person.

An examiner will come to your company and will examine the traders. Thus you don’t just save money, but also precious time.

Trainings

Can we book individual seminars for our staff that are focused to our particular needs?

Yes, starting with at least five participants we can organize such courses. We will be happy to offer you a proposal regarding to your needs.

Booking deadline

Is there a booking deadline for seminars and exams?

No. As long as there are still places available, you can also register at short notice. But we recommend to book at least two weeks ahead. Due to the admission you will get the final registration for the exam after we proved that all forms for the Admission as Exchange Trader are correct and complete.

Cancellation

What do I have to do if I cannot attend a seminar which I have booked?

If you cancel your booking up to three weeks before the seminar date, you will only have to pay an administration fee of Euro 50.00. Thereafter, you have to pay the entire fee. However, you can also register another participant to take your place at no extra charge.
