Deutsche Börse: Deutsche Börse has today published a letter sent by the company’s CEO Werner Seifert to Christopher Hohn, Managing Partner of The Children’s Investment Fund Management (TCI). TCI has called for an immediate and wholesale change in Deutsche Börse’s Supervisory Board.

On March 22 Deutsche Börse announced an ongoing capital structure management program with significant distributions of funds to shareholders.
