Continuity and fairness are at the forefront of all our activities. It is therefore important that our partner’s image fits that of Deutsche Börse Group and that partners are interested in long-term cooperation. We are duly sensitive during negotiations and consult closely with our partners.

Focus on Company locations

We focus on our major locations (Frankfurt, Luxembourg and London) when selecting appropriate activities. We want our commitment to improve the immediate environment in which we work. The goal is to promote not just the economic but also the social and cultural prosperity of these locations.

Personal commitment

Ensuring there is as strong a link to our staff members as possible is a crucial aspect when selecting our activities. In other words, we prioritize projects that allow the personal commitment and direct participation of our staff. After all, being part of something in person and being able to make a difference is motivating, creates a greater sense of involvement, and sharpens our awareness of our surroundings.
