The conclusion of the Market Data Dissemination Agreement is the basis for obtaining Information Products of Deutsche Börse AG. You can obtain the Information directly from Deutsche Börse AG or indirectly through another information provider.
If you intend to disseminate Real-time Information, please print out two copies of the "Market Data Dissemination Agreement", and then fill in, sign and return them to Deutsche Börse AG.

MD+A interactive – the online Contract Management system

Since 1 April 2008 the contracting partner is obliged to use the online contract management system MD+A interactive for all transactions in the framework of the Market Data Dissemination Agreement. The online contract management system MD+A interactive makes available electronic entry masks to order Information Products, to apply Sub-Vendors and to declare a Displaying Party.

If you have not subscribed to the MD+A interactive Contract Management yet, please print out two copies of the “MD+A interactive Administrator Application” and then fill in, sign and return them to the Deutsche Börse AG. Afterwards you will get an activation link for the registration to the MD+A interactive Contract Management.
