Annual General Meeting 2008

The Annual General Meeting took place on 21 May 2008 in the Jahrhunderthalle Frankfurt, Pfaffenwiese, 65929 Frankfurt/Main.

51,71 percent of the capital and 649 shareholders and 179 guests attended the meeting. 708 shareholders used the Internet Online Registration Service to order admission tickets or to authorize a proxy to submit their votes.

The Annual General Meeting decided to pay a dividend of €2.10 for each share carrying dividend rights for the fiscal year 2007. €425,000,000.00 of the distributable profit of €402,986,992.80 will be distributed.
