HDAX belongs to the group of All Share Indices of Deutsche Börse, comprising all shares included in the selection indices DAX®, MDAX® and TecDAX®. HDAX is thus a broader variety of the DAX, covering all sectors and comprising the shares of the largest companies listed in Prime Standard.

Main admission requirements:

- Admission to the segment “Prime Standard” of the EU-regulated market and compliance with the corresponding international transparency requirements:

	Publication of quarterly reports
	Financial reporting in accordance with international accounting standards such as IFRS/IAS or US-GAAP
	Publication of a corporate financial calendar
	At least one analyst conference per year
	Ad-hoc disclosure in German and English

- Quotation in continuous trading in Xetra®

- Order book turnover in Xetra and on the trading floor of FWB® Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) (from the previous 12 months)

- Market capitalization as of a cut-off date (last trading day of the month) on the basis of shares in free float

- Ratio: non-free float to free float.
