The conclusion of the Market Data Dissemination Agreement is the basis for obtaining Information Products of Deutsche Börse AG. You can obtain the Information directly from Deutsche Börse AG or indirectly through another information provider.

Market Data Dissemination Agreement, effective as of 1 Dezember 2008 - Usage of EDD Information for Contracting Parties

On 1 September 2008 Market Data & Analytics will launch the new Information Product “European Directors’ Dealings”.

Hence, with effect from 1 December 2008, the Market Data Dissemination Agreement you concluded with Deutsche Börse AG will be subject to General Terms and Conditions that contain supplemental provisions regarding the Usage of European Directors’ Dealings (EDD) Information.

The contractual documents to the Market Data Dissemination Agreement, which will take effect as of 1 December 2008, are available for viewing and downloading within the table at the end of the page.

Until further notice, no Distribution Licence Fees or Data Fees will be charged for the European Directors’ Dealings Information Product. As of 1 January 2009, EDD Licence Fees will be charged. You may find these fees in the Price List effective as of 1 September 2008 (version 6.2).

If you like to subscribe to the European Directors’ Dealings Information Product prior to 1 December 2008, we will need notification via e-mail that you accept Deutsche Börse AG’s General Terms and Conditions to the Market Data Dissemination Agreement, version 6.1, valid from 1 December 2008, with effect from the date you order the product.

All subscribers of the contracting party who have not concluded a Market Data Dissemination Agreement must conclude a separate “Agreement on the Usage of European Directors’ Dealings Information” (EDD Agreement).

MD+A interactive – the online Contract Management System

Since 1 April 2008 the contracting partner is obliged to use the online contract management system MD+A interactive for all transactions in the framework of the Market Data Dissemination Agreement. The online contract management system MD+A interactive makes available electronic entry masks to order Information Products, to apply Sub-Vendors and to declare a Displaying Party.

If you have not subscribed to the MD+A interactive contract management yet, please print out two copies of the “MD+A interactive Administrator Application” and then fill in, sign and return them to the Deutsche Börse AG. Afterwards you will get an activation link for the registration to the MD+A interactive contract management.
