Deutsche Börse – European Directors’ Dealings
Now available in a uniform data format.

The number of insider transactions in Europe is constantly on the rise – it has increased almost four-fold in the last eight years. Transactions of executive and supervisory board members of the listed companies have been subject to a reporting requirement with a 5-day deadline across the EU since January 2003. Preparing an analysis for the European market from numerous sources and in a whole range of formats in different languages has been so far time-consuming and inefficient.

Deutsche Börse’s new European Directors’ Dealings for the first time provides up-to-date verified data in a uniform format for 15 European countries and can be obtained directly via the CEF® data feeds or indirectly via information providers.
