With TRICE® Deutsche Börse – Market Data & Analytics offers market participants a comfortable way to report all transactions in securities electronically to the Federal Securities Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in accordance with § 9 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG). The data of transactions can be reported to BaFin in the following ways: | By dialogue: The reports are manually entered into the entry system made available by Deutsche Börse. | | By file transfer: The reporting entity converts the data into S.W.I.F.T. format and transmits it to Deutsche Börse. |
Reporting by foreign market participants With TRICE®, Eurex® and Xetra® participants trading exclusively from outside Germany can also automatically generate reporting sets from the electronic trading systems Eurex® and Xetra and then have the data directly reported by Deutsche Börse to BaFin. This does not require any additional separate dialogue and/or file transfer connection of the market participant. In order to be able to use this service, the company in question must be admitted as an Eurex® and/or Xetra® market participant. Furthermore, these transactions should not already be reported by the entity itself or a third party such as a clearing bank for Eurex® transactions and/or a clearing bank for Xetra® transactions. Table of all codes TRICE® participants can access the monthly table of all codes, similar to TRIN/KA inquiries in the online system ("Who am I - table") as a free-of-charge download on the Internet. Outsourced reporting sets in accordance with § 9 WpHG Outsourced reporting sets are sent on request on CD-ROM or disk to TRICE® users. Alternatively, the data can be retrieved as a download.
