Corporate Responsibility
Corporate Citizenship

We understand Corporate Citizenship as an entrepreneurial sense of responsibility towards our staff members, our business partners, our clients and investors worldwide, as well as towards society in general, in particular towards the communities in the locations we operate from. This is reflected in the different emphases we set in our social commitment, for example when promoting research projects, helping with the redecoration of youth centers and schools, initiating an international photography prize to foster new talent, and being a member of major institutions. Our relationship to society and the issues important to it are at the forefront of our activities. We want to act as a good corporate citizen in society and are thus committed to the common good.

In all our activities we pursue the same goals

Increasing stakeholder acceptance and trust
Motivating staff members
Advancing corporate culture

Our commitment to society focuses on the following four areas

In all four areas of our commitment the following instruments come into play: sponsoring, donations and membership. For further details consult our Corporate Responsibility Guidelines available for download below.

When selecting Corporate Citizenship activities we follow the four criteria set out in our Guiding Principles

Professionalism and quality

Fair and long-term partnerships

Focus on Company locations

Personal commitment

These principles help to ensure that our action is clearly focused and in line with Company objectives.
