ExServes Overview 
ExServes® offers services and solutions for access to the trading systems of Deutsche Börse Group for both new and existing members. Apart from making available IT infrastructure solutions for connection to the trading systems of Deutsche Börse (Xetra®, Eurex®, CCP® etc.), ExServes offers the monitoring and management of the customer’s trading system infrastructure to increase operating availability and reduce the strain on internal resources. Individual advice and technical support as well as standard software from Xentric round off this comprehensive service offering.
ExServes Connect Full service package which enables fast and simple access to the trading systems of Deutsche Börse Group, from procurement to on-site implementation. ExServes Management Link With the ExServes Management Link, Deutsche Börse Systems provides a line connection between the customer’s office and the Proximity Housing location (co-location). As long there is sufficient capacity, no additional lines are required. ExServes RSM Professional Continuous, proactive monitoring and maintenance of customer trading systems including automatic troubleshooting as well as the installation of all releases and updates of the operating system and exchange applications. ExServes Support Development and implementation of individual solutions in the trading system environment specifically tailored to the customer’s requirements. |
