| Exchange Council |
The Exchange Council is a key forum for discussing fundamental issues and developments at FWB® Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (the Frankfurt Stock Exchange). The Management Board requires the approval of the Exchange Council on all questions of fundamental significance. Among other things, the Exchange Council is responsible for the appointment, withdrawal and supervision of the executive management. Furthermore, it issues the Exchange Rules, the Fee Regulations and the Conditions for Transactions on the Exchange. The FWB Exchange Council has 18 members who are elected for a term of three years.
