Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Strong analytical skills and project management experience
  • Good presentation skills in terms of creating and presenting at all levels

  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English

  • You will be the first point of contact towards the client for all clearing related issues
  • You will have a strong customer service ethos, focus on client satisfaction and be able to proactively solve client issues when they occur
  • You will have the ability to adapt and respond calmly to constant challenges
  • You will have good communication and interpersonal skills in order to engage with colleagues and customers at all levels
  • Your organisational and time management skills will be excellent
  • Your awareness and the ability to interpret information derived from client conversations in order identify opportunities and challenges will also be key

The Clearing Key Account Manager role is client facing with responsibility for the daily relationship towards our clients and members. The Clearing Key Account Manager acts as the interface between the client and internal Deutsche Börse Group departments, handling daily issues and proactively managing internal and market driven changes.
