Application and selection procedure

Graduates - Application information

The information and communication technology is increasingly important when applying for a job. More than 80 percent of the applications are now submitted online. Of course, you may send us your application by post. Our decision on who will get the job is not affected by the way of submitting your application. However, please make sure that your documents are complete. Your application should include:

  •     a convincing covering letter
  •     a detailed CV
  •     copies of all relevant certificates

You can apply online via our online job market or send your application by mail to:

Deutsche Börse AG
Human Resources
60485 Frankfurt/Main

A word of advice: we recommend you to prepare a specific application for one or more of the applied vacancies. Should you take the initiative yourself to apply for a position at Deutsche Börse which is not listed in the available vacancies, we would like to advise you to calculate a lead time of around three months before the date when you wish to start.

Reimbursement of travel expenses

Deutsche Börse will reimburse all travel expenses incurred due to your job interview with us. The following should though be borne in mind: if you travel in your own car for a distance of more than 250 kilometres (one-way), we will reimburse the costs equal to the value of a second class ticket with Deutsche Bahn AG. If previously agreed, air travel costs will be refunded as well. You will be given a travel expenses form together with the confirmation for your interview appointment. Please enclose any original receipts with your travel expenses form, otherwise the costs cannot be restituted.
