Selection procedure

Your application is centrally coordinated by Human Resources and forwarded immediately on receipt to the relevant departments. Usually, the department will get back to you within two weeks. In some cases, this may, however, take a little longer.

If the department responds favourably to your application, you will be invited for an interview. During the interview, lasting approximately an hour, you will have the opportunity to meet the head of department and talk about your future tasks at Deutsche Börse and the key details of your employment.

If the interview goes well, you will be invited back about one week later for a second interview in which you will discuss the terms of your contract and meet other people from the department. Usually, there is an opportunity after the interview to spend one or two hours taking a closer look at “your” project or “your” department.

If a mutual agreement is reached after the second interview, a contract will be sent to you in the course of the following few days.
