  • -Working experience of at least 3 years in a global organization -Proven track record in delivering state of the art software -Go programming language as primary language, alternatives Java / Python -Developing Microservices and message-based loosely coupled architectures on AWS, Azure or similar platforms -Continuous Delivery of cloud native, microservice-based large scale solutions in a DevOps culture based on GitHub -Designing data persistence system using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS -Developing RESTful APIs using tools such as RAML and Swagger / OpenAPI -Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other container-based deployment along with the automation tools -Working knowledge of HTTP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, Web Sockets, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Camel, SWF, Logic Apps; an asset.

Deutsche Boerse group is the leading infrastructure and market exchange provider in Europe. In our efforts to digitize our and our customer’s business within the given framework of financial regulated industry, we are extending our footprint in Cork, Ireland, by building up a Product Development Lab which integrates into Deutsche Boerse group’s product organization. The Product Development Lab (PDL) is spearheading our efforts to automate and digitize everything we do, everywhere, in an open and collaborative approach through Microservices, APIs, open source, data analytics. We are looking for hands-on developers who are keen not to join existing and historically grown teams, but are passionate about creating and shaping the spearhead of digitization. Tasks/responsibilities -Design and develop Microservices ideally in Go to power Deutsche Borse Digital Business Platform -Drive Cloud adoption by building in state-of-the-art cloud platforms, and ideally influence the architecture of the processes with design decisions ranging from the development of CI/CD pipelines to the use of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data analytics. -Embracing and promoting Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, AI and UX First approach, Required qualifications and experience: -Working experience of at least 3 years in a global organization -Proven track record in delivering state of the art software -Go programming language as primary language, alternatives Java / Python -Developing Microservices and message-based loosely coupled architectures on AWS, Azure or similar platforms -Continuous Delivery of cloud native, microservice-based large scale solutions in a DevOps culture based on GitHub -Designing data persistence system using both SQL and NoSQL DBMS -Developing RESTful APIs using tools such as RAML and Swagger / OpenAPI -Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or other container-based deployment along with the automation tools -Working knowledge of HTTP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, Web Sockets, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Camel, SWF, Logic Apps; an asset.
