Your qualifications

  • Applicants with professional experience
  • Experience in application support or project implementation of Microsoft Sharepoint: installing, configuring and upgrading SharePoint systems, managing system operations and services, helping to train and support business users on SharePoint usage and backing up SharePoint data. The SharePoint administrator will also oversee the SQL Server database that supports Sharepoint.
  • Additional experience in Microsoft Windows Operating systems, PowerShell, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, MS Exchange, SQL administration, Skype for Business is useful
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Additional languages (i.e. German/French) is an asset
  • Knowledge in office infrastructure technologies, state-of-the art office Hardware/Software infrastructure

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You will support the Microsoft based Digital Workplace production environment 24/7. This will include solving IT incidents with innovative solutions to ensure that a maximum service level is provided to the entire Deutsche Börse Group operating on a global scale
  • You will implement, integrate and support third party software i.e. Microsoft technologies.
  • You will analyse problems, resolve issues and will perform monitoring, tuning and optimisation of performance of software for the global operation of the Digital Workplace
  • You will work on new projects and document implemented solutions to further modernize the Digital Workplace, i.e. going into the public Cloud
  • Escalate issues to management based on evaluated and discussed options

As a Digital Workplace Administrator, you will provide support to IT Windows based applications within the DBAG environment and work within a highly motivated team to further modernize the Digital Workplace of Deutsche Börse in the migration towards the public cloud.
