Your qualifications

  • Applicants with professional experience
  • University degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent through relevant work experience
  • Experience in administration of Microsoft Windows Operating systems (servers, workstations), PowerShell
  • Experience in Citrix administration and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge in packaging (DSM and / or SCCM)
  • Experience in application support or project implementation
  • Fluent in both written and spoken in German and English.
  • Knowledge in office infrastructure technologies, state-of-the art office Hardware/Software infrastructure

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You will support the Microsoft based Digital Workplace clients for a highly secured area.
  • You will implement, integrate and support third party software, i.e. based on Microsoft technologies, as well as internally developed applications
  • You will analyse problems, resolve issues and will perform monitoring, tuning and optimisation of performance of software for the global operation of the Digital Workplace
  • You will work on new projects and document implemented solutions to further modernize the Digital Workplace, i.e. going into the public Cloud
  • Escalate issues to management based on evaluated and discussed options
  • Installation, Maintaining and Supporting of Microsoft Windows Clients and applications (incl. Citrix)
  • You will create and test software packages for an automatic distribution

As a Digital Workplace Administrator, you will provide support to IT Windows based applications within the DBAG environment and work within a highly motivated team to further modernize the Digital Workplace of Deutsche Börse in the migration towards the public cloud.
