Your qualifications

  • Entry-level employees
  • A successfully completed apprenticeship, ideally as a bank clerk
  • Good understanding of Clearstream's products and services; working experience in one of the operational departments is an advantage
  • Self-initiative, independent manner of work and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and flexibility
  • Secure handling of MS Office applications
  • Fluent written and spoken German skills, good written and spoken English skills

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Ongoing checking of the safe custody- and delivery processes
  • Monitoring the transactions of delivery and withdrawal of completeness
  • Coordination and Verification of opening, closing and change requests for CBF internal accounts
  • Monitoring and validation of balances and movements on CBF internal accounts
  • Preparation, creation and sending of the year-end statements

Controls Frankfurt Safekeeping is responsible for the control of all operational activities at CBF with effect on the Vault Inventory under consideration of regulatory standards (e.g. CSDR). Beside the Control of the safe-custody and delivery process, the Team is also in charge of administration, monitoring and reporting of CBF Internal Accounts in close co-operation with operation business Units and Financial Accounting. Having a close cooperation with various operational Units will allow you to increase your operational knowledge from a Controls perspective. Your workplace will be in the Vaults area.
