Your qualifications

  • Applicants with professional experience
  • University degree or a relevant comparable qualification (e.g. bank clerk with at least 3 years professional experience in the custody business)
  • Process focussed, "can do" mindset
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Broad knowledge of Clearstream's services, processes and products is an asset
  • High degree of availability and commitment, distinct readiness to take on responsibility
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Operational management of the Income & Corporate Actions NCSC unit
  • Ensure the team delivers a high quality end-to-end customer experience
  • Develop, maintain and ensure compliance to operational guidelines, processes and procedures
  • Identify and assess operational process improvements taking into consideration key performance figures measuring process quality, customer service feedback, cost effectiveness and compliance requirements
  • Provide guidance to the team and support the securities administrator in evaluation of complex process requirements

Reporting to the Head of Section Asset Services Frankfurt, you will lead an operations team handling Asset Services comprising of a variety of Income and Corporate Action events for both, the German CSD (CBF) and the ICSD (CBL). Your daily responsibilities include overseeing, monitoring and improving the operations function, managing and developing the team and supporting the Head of Section in ensuring the company satisfies its legal and regulatory requirements.
