Your qualifications

  • Part-time jobs for students

  • You must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state and must have completed at least the first 2 years of your university studies (with a focus on accountancy/controlling/administration)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, additionally proficiency French and/or German will be considered an asset
  • Competent handling of MS Office applications (in particular MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 and good analytical skills would be an advantage
  • Commitment, ability to work independently, motivation and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support the accountant in SAP maintenance and improvement
  • Support the accountant in the capitalisation process, document it, create proposals for improvement and support the implementation of process improvement
  • Assistance in the yearly and quarterly statement process
  • Special projects/analysis in the field of accountancy and controlling
  • Administrative tasks related to contracts (Billing, Invoice verification, re-class, review, documentation …)
