Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Support of the Project organisation for the implementation of MS Sharepoint for internal documentation purposes in collaboration with the line managers development, conception, planning and set-up of the SharePoint sites for the various business Units
  • Structuring and updating of electronic documentations as a preparation for the Migration
  • Supporting the Development of an authorisation concept
  • Final handover to line managers and their units

As an Intern in the Department Group Client Middle Office you will be working with the teams Client Support Data/Client Maintenance Data. During your employment you will be involved in the project to implement Microsoft Sharepoint within the business units. You will work closely with the team management during the planning phase and liaise with the teams during the implementation phase. Thus, you will receive an insight into the internal innovations and product developments, and learn the various tasks, processes and responsibilities with regards to customer onboarding, product ordering, and contract management.
