Your qualifications

  • Very good experience with MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and SharePoint
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
  • High discretion, organizational talent, communication capabilities and diligent working method

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Assistance in all administrative and organisational tasks within the Area, such as organisation of business trips and processing of travel expenses, purchase orders etc.
  • Support in preparation, completion and follow-up work of the meetings and workshops
  • Assistance in minor office management projects such as further enhancement of the Area's SharePoint site
