REGIS-TR is already progressing well towards its goal of becoming a one-stop-shop for regulatory reporting requirements. REGIS-TR provides core regulatory reporting services to national and pan-European regulatory bodies as well as a comprehensive range of services to further assist market participants with their reporting needs.

ESMA TR portability guidelines. Time for a change?

ESMA published its Final Report - Guidelines on transfer of data between Trade Repositories, also known as Portability. It creates a clear charter between the reporting firm, the old TR and the new one, cuts across commercial constraints and competition, and puts at its heart the reporting firm and its right to access a free market of trade repositories - exactly as envisaged under EMIR.



REGIS-TR has been approved by ACER as Registered Reporting Mechanism ("RRM") to facilitate reporting of wholesale energy transactions required under the regulation on wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT).


REGIS-TR will be providing services to market participants who need to meet reporting obligations arising from Securities Financing Transaction Regulatory (SFTR). This new offering will further expand REGIS-TR's broad range of services.



REGIS-TR will provide its customers with a variety of reporting solutions including transaction, position and valuation reporting according to the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FMIA als known as FinfraG).



REGIS-TR offers a user-friendly and efficient trade repository solution for the reporting of derivatives trades as required under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). Its services have been tailor-made for European participants' reporting obligations in derivatives.
