The Annual General Meeting took place on 11 May 2007, at 10.00 a.m. in the Jahrhunderthalle Frankfurt, Pfaffenwiese, 65929 Frankfurt/Main. 53.33 percent of the capital and 601 shareholders and 160 guests were represented at the meeting. 628 shareholders used the Internet Online Registration Service to order admission tickets or to authorize a proxy to submit their votes. The Annual General Meeting decided to pay a dividend of EUR 3.40 for each share carrying dividend rights for the fiscal year 2006. EUR 329,838,321.40 of the distributable profit of EUR 350,000,000.00 will be distributed. |
