Information portal for sustainable securities Series of workshops on sustainability topics for listed companies ![]() The stocks & standards workshop ‘The importance of sustainability in the context of capital market communication of exchange-listed companies: niche or mainstream?’ took place in February 2013. The stocks & standards workshops were developed for issuers, companies considering an exchange listing and Deutsche Börse Listing Partners. The workshops cover a multitude of standard and current topics regarding going & being public. More Sustainability dialogue “Promoting transparency for holistic investment strategies” ![]() Deutsche Börse and the Carbon Disclosure Project hosted a sustainability dialogue on 21 November 2012 at The Photographers’ Gallery in London where they invited buy-side clients as well as representatives from not-for-profit organisations, banks, exchanges and other market players to discuss the significance of environmental, social and governance aspects (ESG) in investment decisions. More Carbon Disclosure Project Report 2011 presentation ![]() For the third consecutive year, Deutsche Börse hosted the presentation of the Carbon Disclosure Project Report 2011 for Germany and Austria. The report aims at promoting the establishment of emissions management and climate change as important economic and success factors of companies. Global Reporting Initiative stakeholder event ![]() Deutsche Börse Group hosted the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 workshop. The GRI sees itself primarily as a platform and initiator for an ongoing international dialogue of various stakeholders in society, politics and the economy. Training course ‘Qualified Supervisory Board (QAIF)’ ![]() The training course certified by Deutsche Börse Group prepares participants for the Qualified Supervisory Board member exam. The topics relevant for the final exam include, among others: organisation and management of the supervisory board, corporate strategy and management, operational risk management, compliance and auditing, financing and investment as well as corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. | |
