Sustainability dialogue “Promoting transparency for holistic investment strategies”

Deutsche Börse and the Carbon Disclosure Project hosted a sustainability dialogue on 21 November 2012 at The Photographers’ Gallery in London where they invited buy-side clients as well as representatives from not-for-profit organisations, banks, exchanges and other market players to discuss the significance of environmental, social and governance aspects (ESG) in investment decisions. Training course ‘Qualified Supervisory Board (QAIF)’

The training course certified by Deutsche Börse Group prepares participants for the Qualified Supervisory Board member exam. The topics relevant for the final exam include, among others: organisation and management of the supervisory board, corporate strategy and management, operational risk management, compliance and auditing, financing and investment as well as corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
