Business newsletter

December 2017

Dear reader,

We’re now into the last month of 2017, a year which seems to have flown past. December marks the run-up to the festive season, and it has already given us a number of reasons to celebrate. It sees a number of anniversaries, marking 10 years of Xetra-Gold, Europe’s leading gold-backed security, 10 years of Deutsche Börse’s annual ETF Forum and an unbelievable 20 years of Xetra trading. And 25 years ago next Monday, Deutsche Börse itself was established.

The financial industry is gearing up for numerous regulatory changes which come into effect next year and Deutsche Börse Group is no exception. Our offerings for customers to help them meet their MiFID, SFTR reporting and LEI issuance and renewal requirements are now all up and running.

This is the last newsletter of the year so all that remains is to wish you a wonderful holiday season and all the best for 2018.

Kind regards,

Elaine Humphries
