Infrastructure

Dear reader,

Where would we be without infrastructures? A solid and agile infrastructure with its processes and procedures not only secures an existing system – it drives innovation and progress. The continuous strengthening of our infrastructures is essential to safeguard our long-term competitiveness and our ability to set new standards.

Our Annual General Meeting once again demonstrated that we, as an international exchange organisation, provide innovative market infrastructures, which we actively shape with state-of-the-art technologies. By broadening access to reliable and stable capital markets we drive growth and innovation.

Ongoing investments in a multidimensional infrastructure are not only indispensable for reasons of growth. In uncertain times, they also serve to strengthen the resilience of our customer business. At Deutsche Börse, we therefore work tirelessly at optimising our infrastructures, to ensure security and enable innovation and progress, while remaining flexible. It is the only way for us to create confidence in the markets of today and tomorrow.

I hope you enjoy reading this third edition of our InsightOut.

Kind regards,
Oliver Frischemeier
Head of Corporate Communications & Engagement
