About us

We create trust in the markets of today and tomorrow

Organising safe, stable and transparent capital markets is not only our core business, but it is also our most important value contribution to society. And in addition to the markets we organise, we assume responsibility for the environment and society as well as for our employees, and contribute to a sustainable economy.

We understand ourselves as a good corporate citizen and with our engagement activities seek to create positive impact in the areas of education and culture, social cohesion, and sports. It is this society in which also our employees live. We assume responsibility for more than 14,000 global colleagues, working up to our purpose to create trust in the markets of today and tomorrow. We are convinced that their diversity is decisive for our global success, and we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels welcome.

With our sustainability strategy, we, on the one hand, aim to shape our own processes to be resource-friendly and responsible and, on the other hand, support the market in its transformation towards a sustainable economy. This also includes offering solutions that enable our customers to act more sustainably themselves.
